Enterprise connectivity

The circuit was delayed. The office still had to open.

At Verizon, I took a one-office Cradlepoint proof into a mobile broadband rollout beyond 200 locations. Office openings, network continuity, and a repeatable national deployment all had to fit together.

The first office was the proof.

A new office needed to operate before its wireline circuit was installed. I partnered with Verizon’s wireline team to prove a Cradlepoint connection over Verizon Mobile Private Network at that location. The successful proof led to a five-unit pilot, an initial 200-location rollout, and expansion beyond 200 locations.

The mobile link provided primary connectivity while a circuit was delayed. Once wireline service arrived, it remained as backup for business continuity.

The broader account grew to more than 10,000 wireless lines during my tenure.

Outcome Orchestration in practice

Different teams needed different outcomes.

Office leaders needed to open on time. The client’s IT team needed a connection that remained useful after the circuit arrived. Inside Verizon, wireline, mobility, network engineering, and implementation had to move together. Aligning those needs from the first proof through the national rollout is the work I now call Outcome Orchestration.

Let’s talk about the work.

If you’re building enterprise relationships around connectivity, I’d welcome a conversation.
